Essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o previstas na <\/span><b>Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Leis Trabalhistas (CLT).\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O artigo 58 da CLT prev\u00ea que \u201ca dura\u00e7\u00e3o normal do trabalho, para os empregados em qualquer atividade privada, n\u00e3o exceder\u00e1 de 8 (oito) horas di\u00e1rias, desde que n\u00e3o seja fixado expressamente outro limite\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sendo assim, nele est\u00e1 determinado o per\u00edodo m\u00e1ximo que a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o permite que o empregado desenvolva suas atividades na empresa, exceto para as profiss\u00f5es que possuem outras jornadas aplic\u00e1veis.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 o caso, por exemplo, dos enfermeiros e profissionais da \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade, que podem trabalhar por at\u00e9 12 horas com direito a intercalar ao dia de trabalho 36 horas destinadas ao descanso.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O que \u00e9 a Jornada Extraordin\u00e1ria?<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A<\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">jornada extraordin\u00e1ria ou horas extraordin\u00e1rias<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se referem ao per\u00edodo a mais que o colaborador permanece em suas atividades laborais, ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino da jornada de trabalho habitual.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entretanto, \u00e9 importante enfatizar que ela n\u00e3o deve exceder 2 (duas) horas di\u00e1rias.
